1 boxtofu
1 canchickpeas
1/4 cupwheat germ
1/4 cupflax seed
2 tspchicken seasoning
1 1/2onion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 cupwheat gluten
1/2 cupwater
2 tbspBraggs
1 cupmilk
2 cupcrushed cornflakes

place all but cornflakes & milk in food processor - leave slightly chunky
2

use ice cream scoop to make balls & flatten slightly

dip each nugget into milk then cornflakes.

place on cookie sheet & bake covered for 25 min.

uncover & flip and cook 5-10 min.
