combine all base ingredients in slow cooker on high for 4 hours.

take out chicken and place on cutting board

in a bowl, combine pepper, salt, and flour

melt butter in suace pan over medium heat. slowly add flour mixture bowl

whisk in half & half until smooth

pour cream suace in slow cooker and continue to cook on high

shred chicken and place in cooker.

continue to cook for 30 minutes on high or until desired thickness
