Candied Duck Hearts
Great way to create a fancy dinner at low cost!

First rinse duck heartswith warmwater. Then, in a medium sized bowl, combine theBrown sugar, honey, red wine, warm water, and seasonings.

Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Pour everything into a frying pan and add mushrooms. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Serve as an appetizer in small portions or as a main dish!
