Steps

cut onions and bell peppers into half inch pieces

saute onions and garlic in coconut oil on low heat until onions start to become transparent. add bell peppers and continue until onions are compketely transparent and peppers start to soften.

place sauteed ingredients in a crock pot and add all other ingredients. stir well.

cook in crock pot on low heat for 6-9 hours.

optional, but delicious: saute shrimp with butter and garlic and add 10 minutes prior to serving.

salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.
