Ingredients

1 cupquinoa
2 cupswater
1 cupPeas, carrot, beans, onion, tomatoes, greenchillies, garlic, ginger all veggies chopped finely
1/2 tspCumin seeds
as per tasteSalt
1/4 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspGaram masala

Steps

First heat 1 spoon oil in pan

Fry cumin seeds followed by onion,garlic,ginger and tomatoes

Add salt and turmeric and garam masala

After stirring 10mints add all veggies.

Then add washed and stained quinoa then water.

Cover it for 15-20 minutes till well cooked.

Then keep at low sim.. Let it simmers for 10minutes.

Served hot tasty and healthy breakfast.
