Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1select any kind of fish u desired.I used shrimps,squid,salmon u cn add some shells
  • largetomatoe cut into 6pcs
  • 1 largeonion same cut with tomatoe
  • 1ginger crush same size with onions
  • 1string beans,white radish long.(labanos).zussienie,some eggplant cut any size u desired.
  • 1some chilli green,u cn add any vegetables
  • 1tamarind soup base or fresh.fish sauce.to taste.
  • 1salt to taste.

  1. 1

    First boil the onion tomatoe,ginger.bout 8.mins.add fish sauce

  2. 2

    Add the fish and simmer for 20mins.add veggies cook more till done veg.

  3. 3

    Add some salt little.to taste serve with boild rice.
