  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1vegetables oil
  • 3cardamom
  • stickcinnamon
  • 2dried red pepper
  • pinchCumin
  • pinchcoriander

Steps

    Clean the freek well usually it is not clean.

    Add the spuce then add water.
