  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1vegetables oil
  6. 3cardamom
  7. stickcinnamon
  8. 2dried red pepper
  9. pinchCumin
  10. pinchcoriander

Steps

    Clean the freek well usually it is not clean.

    Add the spuce then add water.

    We use freekeh also in pigeon
