My mother made these all summer long as a kid growing up. They are delicious on a hot day and very simple to make.

Ingredients

1 lbDeli turkey, shaved
1 lbDeli ham, shaved
1 packagesFlour tortillas
1 jardill pickle spears
1 packagesCheddar cheese slices
1 packagesSwiss cheese slices
Yellow mustard

Steps

Begin with one tortilla, lay 1 slice of cheddar and 1 slice of Swiss down on top.

Squeeze a line of mustard down the center or just add as much as you prefer.

Fill tortilla with meat in any combination

Place dill spear in center and roll tortilla into a log.

Repeat process until you have the desired amount.

Serve chilled, may cut into "pinwheels" if so desired.
