  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspHungarian paprika

    Wash and halve potatoes

  2. 2

    Microwave 6 minutes until tender

  3. 3

    Cube potatoes

  4. 4

    Caramelize onions with honey and salt

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and paprika

  6. 6

    Continue to brown until a deep brown

  7. 7

    Serve with sour cream
