Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupjowar ka daliye
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 cupmix veggis chhopd(carrot, matar, coliflowar etc)
  5. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  6. Tadke ke liye
  7. 1 table spoonghee
  8. 1 teaspoonajwain
  9. 2green chilli chhopd
  10. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle daliye ko pani m 20 minut ke liye bhigo dijiye.

  2. 2

    Ab 1 preshar cooker m daliya pani haldi ar namak dalkar pakne rakh dijiye.

  3. 3

    2 whissil ane ke baad 5 min sim halki flame par pakaiye ar flame off kar dijiye.

  4. 4

    Preshar nikalne ke baad cooker ko kholiye ar daliye m tadka lagaiye.

  5. 5

    Tadka pan m ghee garam kijiye ar hing,ajwayn, hari mirch lal mirch dalkar bhuniye ar daliye m tadka laga dijiye.

  6. 6

    Ready to eat jowar daliya.
