  1. 1 largeonion, chopped
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 1/2 tbspcurry powder
  4. 1 canPumpkin
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2 cuphalf & half
  7. 2 1/2 cupchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute onion in butter until tender. Sprinkle with curry powder and saute 2 additional minutes

    Sir in pumpkin and salt. Add half and half, stirring constantly.

    Stir in broth and heat thoroughly.
