with some olive oil fry the onions garlic and mince together until brown and cooked thoroughly

make your cous cous according to packet instructions. I like to take the boiled water about a cm above the cous cous and zap for one min in tge microwave and leave for 6 mins

put all the seasoning on the mince add the cous cous and sweetcorn.

add some salt pepper and lemon juice to taste

then garnish with peppers or add to the dish with the sweetcorn.
