Washn soak urad dal, fenugreek and poha for 4-5 hours

Grind to fine paste

In a big bowl or vessel take flour, rava add urad dal mixture and mix, if required add water

Add cooking soda and keep it fr fermentation

Morning add salt and mix well

Heat the idli cooker

Fill the idli mould with idli batter and steam it for 10-12 mins.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
