Brown beef chunks in olive oil,add beef stock,add seasonings,n veg except carrots and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 2 hrs.Add wine and butter/cornstarch for thickening,for 30 mins.Soften carrots n sun-dried tomatoes, n serve 🔥!
