Steps

add olive oil to a large soup pot and heat.

once oil is hot add carrots, celery, mushrooms, onion, garlic, pepper, mixed herbs and cook for 5mins.

add chicken to pot and break it down to desired amout.

add chicken stock and boiled water,bring to the boil.
- 5
turned down to a simmer add spring onions, cook for a further 30mins with lid on or until vegies are soft.

once 30mins is up add broken pasta cook for a further 15mins with lid on stirring every 5mins.

serve with fresh french stick bread sliced up to dunch...
