*Amazing Tuna Surprise!!*
My sister used to make this quick and easy dish in college because of the inexpensive ingredients. When she first made it for me, I was slightly repulsed by the unusual ingredient combination... but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this recipe is. It has become one of my favorite comfort dishes. Enjoy!

My sister used to make this quick and easy dish in college because of the inexpensive ingredients. When she first made it for me, I was slightly repulsed by the unusual ingredient combination... but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this recipe is. It has become one of my favorite comfort dishes. Enjoy!

Boil water for pasta, prepare as directed on box, al dente preffered...

Once water is boiling, add pasta and 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Stir occasionally.

While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce. In medium frying pan add 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Next, add 2 Cans of Tuna, water included.

Add raisins, Parsley, salt and pepper.Stir well and continue to saute for 7 +/- minutes until Raisins are softened and all ingredients are gently heated.

Strain pasta once cooked. Place serving on plate. Top off with a 1/4 of the Tuna sauce.

Generously Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over all. Garnish with a Sprig of Fresh Parsely and Enjoy!
