Brown meat then drain most of the fat off.

Add onions, green pepper and ketchup. You might add more later for color.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add brown sugar, chili powder, pepper flakes, hot sauce, dry mustard and water. Stir everything together put the lid on and let simmer for 25 minutes or so.
