1 Bowlchickpeas
one bigOnion chopped
oneTomato chopped
to tasteSalt
Pani Puri masala
as per neededLemon juice
Coriander leaves chopped
leavesMint
Ginger slices (adrak lachha)
as per tasteTomato ketchup
Tamarind sauce

Steps

Soak chickpeas over night.

Pressure cook them with little water till they become soft
3

Strain water and allow them to cool
4

In a big bowl add chickpeas and all ingredients
5

Add sauces and mix well
6

Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves
7

You can enjoy them with kulche or bread or bhature
8

If you don't have anything then enjoy them solely
