Now add boiled potatoes and cook till it turns little pink or not stick in spatula

Add malai, milk and doodh masala

Stir the halwa continously

When halwa sook malai, milk and leave the ghee in that time add sugar

When sugar will mix properly and leave the ghee switch off the gas

Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot
