  • 2 cupAlfredo Sauce
  • 1/2 cupRicotta Cheese
  • 1 cupItalian Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cupRed Wine
  • 2 cupMarinara Sauce
  • 1Egg
  • 15 ozWhole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 ozMozzarella Cheese, Grated (1)
  • 1/2 cupParmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cupAsiago Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cupRomano Cheese Grated
  • 1 tbspItalian Seasonings, Blend
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lbLasagna Noodle
  • 1/2 cupItalian Bread Crumbs

    Five Cheese Marinara Sauce

    Noodles

    Blend first 2 marinara ingredients together in a large serving pan. Add remaining ingedients and heat on medium, stirring frequently. The cheese will melt and the sauce will become creamy. Keep Warm.

    Set aside 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Beat egg into a large mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredints, blending well.Keep refrigerated until you're ready to use.

    Cook lasagna exactly according to package directions. Drian and rinse immediatelywith cold water so they are cold enough to handle.

    When ready to make, spread about 1/4 cup marinara sauce in a large 9x13 baking dish. Based upon the number of noodles in your 1lb of noodles, divide the filling accordingly. Lay 1 lasagna noodle in baking dish and spread with filling along noodle. Loosely rool the noodle up jelly-rool style. decide if it looks right to you. If so, keep rolling the rest of the noodles. Otherwise use more filling per noodle and discard the extra noodles.

    Continue with each lasagna noodle until all noodles ar rolled and arranged in the baking dish. Cover each roll with remaining sauce, The remaining mozzarella cheese and top with italian bread crumbs.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 35 minutes.
