Ingredients

1 cupgrated lauki(squeezed)
500 ml milk
2-3 tspmilk powder
1/2 cupmalai
1 tspghee
1/4 tspdoodh masala
3-5saffron thread(soak in milk)
2 tbssugar or as per taste

Steps

Take kadai put ghee in it

Now add squeeze lokki and cook for 3 to 4 min.

Now add milk,milk powder, doodh masala,Malai and saffron.

Stir it and reduce the milk

Make halwa consistency at last add sugar and cook till sugar mix properly

Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot or chill
