Ab pani se aata gunda le. ab maida ka ataman leke pattli puri banake kanta se kana pade taki puri fule nahi.

Ab puri ko tave per dono baju se thodi sek ke rakhe. baad me garam oil me dip fry karein.

Ab stuffing ke liye rajma ko cooker me salt and pani dal ke boil karein

Boil ho jaye to thoda kut le pani nikal le.

Ab ek kadhai me oil daliye ab us me chopped onion and garlic and Ginger paste dale tomato pyori, lal mirchi powder, salt chilli sauce and rajma daliye hilaiye thoda pak jaye tab gas bandh karein.

Ab tacos me green chatuny lagaye rajma ka stuffing bhare phir Cabbage and capsicum lamba kata dale uper se cheese dale phir serve karein.
