Ingredients

  1. 5 piecesfish, sliced
  2. 200 gpickled bamboo shoots
  3. 1 stalklemongrass
  4. 2shallots
  5. 10dried chilies
  6. 3kaffir lime leaves
  7. 1/2ladle fermented fish sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonKnorr seasoning
  9. 1green onion, cut into pieces
  10. 2 cupswater (about 500 ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pickled bamboo shoots and rinse once.

    Add water to a pot and bring to a boil.

    Pound the dried chilies, shallots, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves, then add to the pot.
