  • 2 can(15 ounces each) Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained
  • 1 cupCelery, diced
  • 1/2Onion, diced
  • 1 cupMayonnaise (sub vegan mayonnaise as desired)
  • 1Dill weed

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    All amounts are approximate and can be changed based on personal preference. Add mayo slowly, there should be a consistency similar to egg salad or other spreads.

  3. 3

    Serve on bread of choosing or use as a cracker dip.
