Ingredients

  • 250 gmCauliflower
  • 2 spoonBesan
  • Zeera powder, dhania powder-to the taste
  • Turmeric and salt to the taste
  • Black pepper and chilli powder to the taste
  • leavesCoriander and mint
  • Oil- accordingly
  • Water -accordingly
  • 2. For gravy- *oil
  • 1-1 tsp cumin seeds and coriander powder
  • 1-1chopped onions and tomatoes
  • to tastesalt, turmeric and chilli powder according
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash cauliflower and grate it.

  2. 2

    In pan roast cumin and coriander seeds without oil

  3. 3

    Crush them the roasted seeds into powder.

  4. 4

    In besan add water,cumin coriander powder, turmeric, salt and make a thick paste

  5. 5

    Make balls of grated cauliflower and dip them into the besan paste.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the ballls until golden brown

  7. 7

    For kofta gravy heat oil in pan and crack cumin seeds and coriander powder

  8. 8

    Add ginger garlic paste

  9. 9

    Then add grated onion cook until golden brown

  10. 10

    Then add tomato puree and cook until it loosens it's oil

  11. 11

    Now add koftas and simmer it for a while, add water if needed

  12. 12

    When cooked garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapatti or parantha
