Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 lbSeitan sliced into strips
  • 1/2onion sliced into half rounds
  • 8 ozmushrooms sliced
  • 1Bell pepper seeded and sliced
  • 2carrots sliced
  • 2celery stalks sliced
  • 1 canwater chestnuts drained
  • 1 clovegarlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbspLow sodium tamari and 1 tablespoon brown sugar combined
  • 3 cupCooked brown rice
  • 1 bunchBasil for garnish rinced and slice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a large sprayed skillet or wok for three minutes

  2. 2

    Add the first nine ingredients in the order listed for one minute after each addition

  3. 3

    Serve warm over rice garnish with basil
