  • 1 tspchana dal
  • 1/2 tspMustard seed
  • 4Curry leaves
  • 1 cupBesan
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 PinchBaking soda
  • 2 tspGarlic chutney
  • 2 tspCoriander chutney
  • 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  • 4bun (pav)

    Heat oil add mustard seed, Curry leaves,mashed potatoes,green chilli,salt,turmric powder mix well

    Make wada

    Besan,salt,baking soda,Hing water make better like dropping consistency

    Deep potato wada in besan fry
