  • 1/4 candiced tomato
  • 1/2 cantomato paste
  • 2garlic clove chopped
  • 2all spice
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1cinn stick

    saute onion and garlic in oil

    add wine, sauce, spices

    simmer 30-40 minutes
