Steps

Wash propperly aal vegetable and cut it roughly.

Take a pressure cooker, all green vegetable pour into pressur cooker.

Then add green chilli, garlic, ginger, salt to taste..

Cook it on simmer for 30 min.

After two or three wissels, then open the cooker add the makki aata. And blend it propperly.

Take a another side kadhai, add ghee and add and add finely chopped onion and greatted tomatoes saute it, then add red chilli powder and salt to taste.

Then our prepared tadka pour in the pressure cooker and mix it propperly

Your sarso da saag is ready to serve
