Wash and soak dried herbs kaersangri overnight.

Boil by putting little salt.

In a wok put oil and bring it to smoking point.

Now add jeera and hing. Add dry red chilli.

Add haldi and put boiled kaersangri. Mix well.

Add salt red mirchi powder dhania powder achari masala and amchoor.

Mix well and cook for 2 mins.

Serve hot with puri/paratha.
