Mom ordered pizza and since i'm on Keto diet and didn't feel like eating pizza, i went through the fridge and decided to make some healthy/rich in protein dinner........

I never had duck I figured best way to taste something we never had is to bbq it!!! Enjoy!!!

I got a hint from the barbecuing method of wrapping the skewers with aluminum foil to make yakitori in the oven!Please wrap the skewers completely to prevent them from burning!Please be careful not to get burned when you take them out from the oven!You can use store-bought or homemade yakitori sauce. I like this but i used a little less butter. Goes really well with rice pilaf or noodles!

Duck eggs are somewhat more delicious than hen eggs because of their larger yolk, and creamier, soft texture. Try cooking this duck egg blended with spices you will definitely feel the pleasure.

I first had duck l’orange when I was traveling in Belgium and loved it. I have tried to replicate the experience. If you have never had duck you should give it a try. It is very different from chicken.
