Steps

Firstly take a big bowl,add curd,water, besan,palak puree,salt,haldi,dhaniya powder,red chilli powder, amchoor powder and mix with blender.

Now take a kadai or pan add oil, when oil heat it, add all 5 whole masala's one by one

When masala crackle it than add curd mixture n mix and stirring continously till boiled it.

Now sim the gas and cook kadi till thickens.

Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
