Steps

Cut and wash methi leaves.

Take one bowl and add all ingredients.

Add. oil and mix as well.

Make a dough with little water as like a puri.

Make all thin puries and cut with fork.

Put kadai and add oil for fry.

Fry all puries on the slow flame both sides till light brown.

Servr hot puries with pickle or pickle masala.
