Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlDough of Methi
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Pinchhing
  5. 1tspn red chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. Coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp amchur powder
  9. Oil as needed

    Tàke a bowl of boiled potatoes.

  2. 2

    Mash them.

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix them well.

  5. 5

    There should not be potato lumps.

  6. 6

    Now make a ball of methi atta.

  7. 7

    Make small roti.

  8. 8

    Spread oil on it.

  9. 9

    Now spread the stuffing evenly.

  10. 10

    Fold it.

  11. 11

    Make roti slowly slowly.

  12. 12

    Put it on hot tawa.

  13. 13

    Flip it.

  14. 14

    Spread some oil on both the sides of parantha.

  15. 15

    When it gets brown and crispy, yur parantha is cooked.

  16. 16

    Serve it with white butter, atchar, and curd..
