Ingredients

  1. 15-20Soya Nuggets soaked and squeezed
  2. 150 gmWashed and chopped Spinach leaves
  3. 1Onion medium
  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. 1Green chilli
  6. 6Garlic cloves
  7. 4 tablespoonBengal Gram Flour
  8. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  9. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoondhaniya powder
  11. 1 tablespoonOil
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend soya nuggets,onion, ginger, chilli and garlic make into a mixture.

  2. 2

    Take soya mixture, spinach, Bengal garam powder and spices into a bowl, mix well

  3. 3

    Heat a pan and grease it.

  4. 4

    Make kebabs with the mixture, cook till golden and crisp on both sides.

  5. 5

    Kebabs are ready to be served with chutneys of your choice.
