Soya and spinach both are healthy ingredients and very good for heart. I tried to make it healthier by adding gram flour instead of potatoes and shallow fry it. So enjoy this power packed kebab.

Soya and spinach both are healthy ingredients and very good for heart. I tried to make it healthier by adding gram flour instead of potatoes and shallow fry it. So enjoy this power packed kebab.
Steps

Blend soya nuggets,onion, ginger, chilli and garlic make into a mixture.

Take soya mixture, spinach, Bengal garam powder and spices into a bowl, mix well
- 3
Heat a pan and grease it.
- 4
Make kebabs with the mixture, cook till golden and crisp on both sides.
- 5
Kebabs are ready to be served with chutneys of your choice.
