Steps

Clean & wash coriander leaves & drain off all excess water.

After coriander leaves are dried off, chop them roughly.

In a large mixing bowl combine together chopped coriander leaves & all ingredients except oil and water.

Mix well. Add little by little water to make soft dough.

Make equal balls from the dough & roll that into ablong shape.

Apply little oil in pot or streamer.

Put coriander rolls into pot & steam them for 20 minutes.

After that, take out the steamed rolls & allow them to cool down.

After that cools off, cut them into small discs slice.

Dip fry or shallow fry them till crisp & brown.
