Boil water,add your turmeric powder and rice, let it cook at a lower heat.

Cook until rice is ready and drain water.

Heat your sauce pan and add same little cooking oil, let it heat first.

Add your cardamom, and stir well

Add boiled rice and castor sugar, stir well until sugar is completely dissolved.

Add your sultan and mix them well

Serve when worn and enjoy the taste (as a starter or dessert).
