Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  1. Fresh chopped fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  2. 2 tablespoongram flour
  3. 1 tablespoonsemolina
  4. 2 tablespooncurd
  5. 1 Teaspoonoregano
  6. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  7. 1 pinchbaking soda
  8. 1/4 cupWater
  9. Ingredients for Topping :
  10. 1 tablespoondeseeded Tomatoes Julienne
  11. 3rings of green bell Pepper
  12. 1/2 tablespoonBoiled Corns
  13. 1/2 tablespooncarrots Julienne
  14. 1 Teaspoonoregano
  15. 1 tablespoonpizza sauce(optional)
  16. 1 teaspoonOlive oil
  17. 1/2chesse slice
  18. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients of pizza base and make a thick batter.

  2. 2

    Now heat non stick tawa and grease it with olive oil. Lower the flame.

  3. 3

    Pour 2 ladle full batter on tawa and spread it. Make thick pancakes like pizza base.

  4. 4

    Now start spreading vegetables on wet surface and at last keep cheese slice on vegetables.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle oregano and cover the pan.After 3-4 minutes uncover and check whether cheese has melt.

  6. 6

    When cheese melts then uncover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the flame.

  7. 7

    Keep some peanuts in the centre and serve hot with sauce of your choice.

  8. 8

    Healthy version of pizza is ready to relish.

  9. 9

    My Tip:
    More vegetables can also be used for topping.
