Place pot with little water on heat,add noodles with spices inside allow for 5min.

Slice spring onions,pepper then add pepper and some spring onions into the pot.

Add curry and crayfish into the pot allow after 4min more,when water dries completely turn off heat.

Break egg whisk,add onions,pepper,maggi little salt stir very well.

Place pan on heat add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,pour the whisked egg after 2min flip the other side then allow for 1min more then remove from pan into a plate.

Pour noodles into omelette and wrap serve with tea.
