Stuffed Palak kofta curry

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan over medium flame. Add besan and roast it over low flame until turn it light golden colour. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool

Separate spinach leaves by removing stem and wash them. Drain the excess water from spinach finely chopped. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan over medium flame add 2cups of spniach.

Cook until almost moisture is evaporated for spinach.

Transfer cook spinach to the same bowl having gram flour.

Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Spinach mixture is ready for koftas.

Take crumbled paneer,graan chilli,Jira, salt in a bowl, mix well, paneer mixture ready for koftas

Divide both tha mixture in a 6 equal portions make round shaped balls from each them

Take one ball of spinach or make round shaped Puri having 2 3 inch using your ✋ hand place one ball of paneer in the centre of the puri

Covered it with the sides of the Puri, seal it in the centre and again give a round shaped to make koftas

Take 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a plate and roll the raw koftas in the cornstarch

Prepare all the koftas in similar ways

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame add koftas ball And fry until turn crispy golden brown and transfer in a plate

Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan over medium flame, add Cumin seeds, onion and saute until it turn light pink colour add cashew nuts, ginger, garlic and saute for minutes

Add tomatoes and salt saute until tomatoes turn soft.

Turn off the flame the flame let it cook for few minutes. Transfer mixture in a jar and graind until smooth paste

Heat 1 tablespoons oil in pan add prepared paste cumin powder red chilli powder mix well and saute until oil start to separate

Add 1cup of water mix well and com for 2mint /thik gravy consistentcy salt to taste, kasturi methi and miss well.

Add koftas and turn off the flame, stuffed palak kofta curry is ready.
