Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPalak leaves
  • 1red carrot finely chopped
  • 1small size Mango.peeled and chopped
  • 1bowl(small) chanadal soaked fir half hour
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2tomatoes gratted
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 3green chilles
  • to tasteSalt
  • Pinchif Haldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 small brinjal cut into cubes
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop palak leaves

  2. 2

    Heat oil in Pressure cooker

  3. 3

    Add onion saute till pink

  4. 4

    Add garlic saute

  5. 5

    Add chopped brinjal and carrot saute

  6. 6

    Add chopped Raw mango pieces saute

  7. 7

    Add soaked chanadal saute

  8. 8

    Add tomatoes saute

  9. 9

    Add chopped palak keaves mix nicely

  10. 10

    Add salt haldi and red chilli powder mix.stir till all are nicely mixed

  11. 11

    Add 1glass of water

  12. 12

    Cover and oressure coik fir 1whistle then keep in slow flame for 10mts

  13. 13

    Off the gas.let the pressure cooker cool.remove the lid

  14. 14

    With wooden blender blend the Sabhji nicely

  15. 15

    Till all things are nicely blended

  16. 16

    Serve hot with white Rice

  17. 17
