Wash and chop palak leaves

Heat oil in Pressure cooker

Add onion saute till pink

Add garlic saute

Add chopped brinjal and carrot saute

Add chopped Raw mango pieces saute

Add soaked chanadal saute

Add tomatoes saute

Add chopped palak keaves mix nicely

Add salt haldi and red chilli powder mix.stir till all are nicely mixed

Add 1glass of water

Cover and oressure coik fir 1whistle then keep in slow flame for 10mts

Off the gas.let the pressure cooker cool.remove the lid

With wooden blender blend the Sabhji nicely

Till all things are nicely blended

Serve hot with white Rice
