Spinach raita
Steps

Wash the spinach leaves well.

Remove the steam and add spinach into the boiling water and cook uncovered for 5minuts.

Now switch off the flam and drain the water and mash spinach leaves with hands.

Now whisk curd, Salt and black salt together.

Now add mashed spinach in to the whisked curd and mix properly.

Now heat oil in a tempering pan add musterd seeds splutter them now add curry leaves and chopped garlic and saute them fr a minute.

Now pour this tadka into the curd and mix well.

Now keep the raita in fridge for one hour. Serve chilled.
