Rava uttapam with Peanut Chutney

Mix Rawa with curd and add water to make a smooth paste.

Add salt in it and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop all the vegitables.

Take a pan...spread some oil and spread the Rawa mix on it.

Now sprinkle the chopped vegitables upon it

Cook it well from both sides.

It's ready.

For chutney roast the peanuts.

Grind it with tamarind paste, salt, garlic and dried chilli.

Now fry it with curry leaves, mustard seeds and dried chilli.

Serve it with uttapam.
