Ingredients

  • 1 cupPalak chopped
  • 1/4 cupWheat flour
  • 2 tspFlax seeds seasoning
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste (optinal)
  • Salt per taste
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1Onions chopped
  • 1 cupDahi
  • Ghee as required
  • 2 tspChat masala
  • Anardana pow as required

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the palak and chopped it nicely

  2. 2

    Then take flour add palak,Flaxseed seasoning,all dry masala and add Dahi and if required add water and make a dough and rest it for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Fry the parathas in ghee and serve it with butter or dahi
