Heat oil add all garammasala let it crackle then add onion fry it now add ginger paste, curry masala paste, Chicken, potato, salt & sugar cook till oil separates from pan add some water when Chicken is cooked pour coconut milk and turn off the flame.
In a tarka pan heat some oil add sarso and curry leaves green chilli and onions fry it and pour it above the Chicken and the chicken is ready to serve.
