Steps

Dalo ko wash karein or 30 min tak soak karein. Methi or coriander leaves ko achhe se wash karein.

Cooker m dal or green leaves m haldi salt mix kar ke 2 whistle lgaye.

Pan m ghee garam karein or Hing, zeera, rai ko bhun le.ginger garlic paste, green chilli or onion ko 2 min bhune.add tomato and all masale, mix well.

Mix dal in the pan and mix lemon juice. Coriander leaves se garnish karein or ghee dal kar garma garam serve karein.

Chapati or paranthe ke sath serve karein
