Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupgrated romano cheese
  • 1 clovegarlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tspdried basil
  • 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  • 14 ozcan artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/4 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupspinach, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Lightly grease small baking dish

  3. 3

    In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, and garlic salt.

    Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach

  5. 5

    Transfer mixture to baking dish, and top with mozzarella cheese

  6. 6

    Bake 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned
