Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1Whole chicken (baked or boiled and deboned) or 2 lbs chicken tenders, cubed and cooked
  2. 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 canCream of chicken soup
  4. 1 canWater chestnuts
  5. 8 ozSour cream
  6. 1 cupOnion, chopped
  7. 1 cupCelery, chopped
  8. 2 canCroissants
  9. 2 tbspButter
  10. 1 tspGarlic, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté onions, celery and garlic in butter until clear.
    Press 1 can of croissants into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 min.
    Combine all ingredients except croissants in a bowl. Add seasoning if desired.
    Spread mixture into pan.
    Roll out remaining croissants, smoothing seams together. Lay across mixture.
    Bake at 350 for 30 min or until croissants are done and slightly browned.
