Mango Chutney

The flavour is really unlike anything you have tasted before. It is wonderful in curries and it positively transforms breads and potatoes. It replaces the ketchup in our homes.
It can stay upto 4 weeks in the refrigerator and 1 year in the freezer.

Ptepare all your ingredients. Washthe mangoes and remove all the pulp from hard part.

Saute the ginger and garlic in a pan heated with oil

Add the spices and saute for 1 minute

Add the mango pulp and mix well

Add sugar and mix

Sprinkle the sesame seeds

Add vinegar and stir well. Cover and simmer.

Once simmered, use a potato mash to mash the mixture till smooth

Remove from the heat and let it cool. Then pour in a mason jar.

Serve and enjoy
