Ingredients

  • 4mangoes
  • 1 cmginger and 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2red chilies optional
  • 2 tbspnvegetable oil
  • 1/4tspn cumin
  • 1/4tspn coriander
  • 1/4tspn tumeric
  • 1/4tspn cloves
  • 1/4tspn cinnamon
  • 1/4tspn cardamon
  • 1 tbspnsesame seeds
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Ptepare all your ingredients. Washthe mangoes and remove all the pulp from hard part.

    Saute the ginger and garlic in a pan heated with oil

    Add the spices and saute for 1 minute

    Add the mango pulp and mix well

    Add sugar and mix

    Sprinkle the sesame seeds

    Add vinegar and stir well. Cover and simmer.

    Once simmered, use a potato mash to mash the mixture till smooth

    Remove from the heat and let it cool. Then pour in a mason jar.
