Ingredients

  • 750 gramsbeef
  • 1onion
  • 1/2aubergine
  • 1courgette
  • 1green peppet
  • 300 gramsporato
  • 1 tbspmixed herbs
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 tbspinstant gravy granules
  • 2 cupboiled water

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut up all veg and fry with beef mince

  2. 2

    Meanwhile boil and mash potatoes. Add pepper to taste

  3. 3

    Add mixed herbs, gravy granules, garlic, ketchup and boiled water to mince

  4. 4

    Ensemble mince and potatoes in an oven proof dish. Cook in an oven 180°F for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with peas and green beand
